Mr. Dr. Electricon, also known as The Electricon is a lead character played by Craig Benzine. His real name is Donald Kincaid. He has the power to send electrical energy out from his body in different ways.
He can use the power to make a protective layer, either around parts of his skin or projected as a shield. It is called a Shock Shield, but is also known as a Surge Protector, Electrobarrier or Bolt Barrier[1].
He also uses the Bullet Bolt as a long-range projectile to stun opponents in combat.
